Storage of Flammables & Combustibles
The Waltham Fire Department reviews all City license applications related to storage of flammables and combustibles. 527 CMR 14 applies to the storage of flammable and combustible liquids, solids, and gases. In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 148 Section 13, the prescribed amounts that may be kept, stored, manufactured, or sold without a license or registration are indicated. Permit requirements are also shown.
A 21E File Review is $30 per site with a 7-10 day turnaround.
